    Ruined my clothes and the owners also lie!They ruined a new jacket I had taken in to shorten the sleeves. The sleeves had a zipper so I knew it wasn't going to be an *************** but they said no problem and smiled (husband and wife I believe). Instead of doing it properly/professionally, by cutting off the extra fabric and part of the zipper (or shorten it from the shoulders), the seamstress just tucked everything under and did a terrible sewing job. The seamstress knew that I was upset, because I complained about it, but she kept trying to flatter me you are so skinny, I like your earrings. I couldnt believe that was how she was responding to my disappointment. Guess she thought if she flattered me long enough Id forget she ruined my nice jacket! After I left a negative but honest review a few days later, the owner decided to respond with a LIE and said The seamstress gave you two options. Shortening at the shoulder or removing the entire zipper and replacing it, or the less expensive option which you selected. Not only is that a lie but even if it were true, thats still no excuse for ruing the sleeves like she did!
