    Placed an order 2 YEARS AGO that I never received, was never refunded and never once was able to speak to someone after various attempts via emailing and messages on social media and they get back to me today saying the message went to a spam folder even though I USED MULTIPLE METHODS to contact them. They offer a 25% discount on a subscription as a solution....I will not remove/change this review.

    This company is great. I've never had a problem with any of their products, and the only time there was an ordering problem, it was my mistake, and it was fixed that day.
