      My storage has increased my unit 4 times in the last year by 15 to 20.00 my unit is a 5wx5l the smallest unit they have. When I opened account almost 4 years ago it was 25.00 for a the special. After the year it went back to almost 40.00. Then they increased again last year to 48.00, this year every two to three months they increased to 77.00 and now I got another notice last month they are increasing to almost 90. I understand covid going up 5 to 10 bucks but not like this. It took a month and a half to cash my payment which returned, never had that problem for 3 years. I thought my money came out as long as it took.that put me behind I paid 847.00 for 6 months. Then another 347.00 for two months with late fees alone. And now 122.00 for 7 days charge me a auction fee to stop when it was agreed and did not tell me prior to me getting a money order. It's ridiculous. I can take responsibility when I'm late but to pay so much is extreme. No corporate office has contacted me only the site manager which has been several different folks. They used to have a lot of storage locations now it's down to only two. Which I think is the reason for the every other increases. And as they are increasing they are still advertising for lower rates with specials.
