REFUND POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with the service you received, we will make every effort to ensure your concerns are addressed. To do that, we ask that you contact the salon within 24 hours of your provided service so we can properly remedy the situation for you. The Bronzing Bar does NOT offer monetary refunds. CANCELLATION POLICY:
You MUST reschedule or cancel your appointment AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the beginning of your appointment You WILL be charged a FLAT cancellation fee of $50 to the card on file if a minimum of 24 hours notice was not provided to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
The cancellation/rescheduling fee must be paid before rebooking. If you are unable to cancel your appointment online you must leave a voicemail or email with a timestamp confirming the 24 hour notice. If you are unable to cancel your appointment online, please email us at [email protected]
