I paid About Face $500 on 6/21/2024 for a package of 8 laser treatment sessions for facial hair removal. I had three sessions at About Face on 6/26/2024, 7/24/2024, and 9/4/2024. When I arrived at About Face for my fourth appointment on 10/16/2024, there was a sign posted on the front door that said the location had closed permanently. I sent an email to the owner, ****** ******, on 10/16/2024, and she responded on 10/22/2024 stating that I would be referred to ***** ****** at ***** Facial Plastics for my remaining five sessions. ****** also sent an email to her patients on 10/30/2024 with a letter instructing clients where to go for future appointments. As a side note, the emails for all patients were visible as opposed to a blind carbon copy message.I had my fourth session with ***** ****** on 11/1/2024. Prior to my fifth session in December 2024, ***** called me and told me that ****** had discontinued her patients services with ***** Facial Plastics and to contact ****** to schedule my remaining sessions. I called ****** in December 2024, and she told me that Dr. ****** with About Face would be in touch to schedule my remaining sessions. Two months passed, and Dr. ****** never called. When I called About Faces office phone *************) in February 2025, the number had been disconnected. I sent ****** a text to her cell phone *************) on 2/5/2025, and she did not respond. I also sent two emails to the email addresses I had on file for ****** (message sent to *********************************************************************************** on 2/3/2025 and message sent to ************************************************************************* on 2/19/2025), and I didnt receive a response. If I am unable to receive my final four sessions from About Face, I would like a refund for the unfulfilled sessions. Im not sure if anything can be done at this point since About Face is apparently out of business, but I wanted to report this anyway. Thank you.
