      We have been customers of Sewer Quest for several years and have always been grateful and satisfied with services. We called in August or September 2022 for an estimate on connecting a gas line to our gas grill. Your employee visited and gave us a price and took the connector to our line. We then heard nothing else from your company. I called to follow up and was told that employee quit unexpectedly . In September 2022, the owner of the business made a visit to our property and indicated that he would obtain supplies and complete the job. We never heard from him again. I called the business 3 times after that and spoke with the employee who answers the phone and was promised a call back from the owner. We never were contacted again. I sent an email to the company in Feb 2023 and received no response. I am very disappointed in the company and will never use them again. If you had just told us that you didn’t want the job, we would understand that. But ignoring our calls and not replacing the part that was taken was not acceptable. We recently got someone else to complete the job. We needed to purchase a conversion kit for $69.98 since you took a part from ours that was needed. I would like to ask only that you reimburse us for this part. I do have a receipt for the conversion kit if you would like a copy of that.
