  Professionalism was lacked when i called drain master for a quote. The girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. I was taken back by the call or else i would’ve confirmed her first and last name. First name was Stella maybe. I heard great things about drain master but unfortunately i will never use this company

  I wish I could give a better review. We called on a Saturday afternoon with a clogged drain problem and were told that they had several jobs to do and it would be late when they got here. We agreed they would come first thing Sunday morning (9 -10). On Sunday we waited till 11 and then called to see when they would be coming. We only got voice mail so left a message. We never heard from them. At 4 we called again and were told we were never scheduled. They sent someone an hour later. They charged us $310 to snake the clog which took 15 minutes. They didnt put the pipes back together because it was missing the rubber seal and they didnt have one in their truck. THEYRE PLUMBERS.

  I had a clogged kitchen double sink and a downstairs clogged bathroom sink. They share the same stack in the basement. I appreciated the same day service but was left with an unclogged kitchen sink (which still overflows to the other side when using the garbage disposal, and a blocked bathroom sink. I was told by the technician that a plumber was needed because of "special tools" required and I would get a call from the office on the next business day. The technician worked on the trap but did not address the stack in the basement. I do not understand why the snake didn't work. I did not recieve a call back so I called. I was told the manager would review and call me back.that afternoon. It didn't happen. I called the next 2 days to get an answer as to how this problem would be resolved, and had to leave voice messages. I have not heard back from this this company. I asked for an email receipt since the tech took down this information but have received nothing so far. Buyer beware.
