      I put money on my card...the Laundry machine operate with a card you put money on at a kiosk at the site. I used the card as I always do as I have been coming here since it opened because I live across the street from it. I used the card in the machine but it didn't work, I told the attendant there and he said he didn't care it's not his business. He also assaulted me I want to know how to contact the business owners, this man needs to be fired.

      I washed my clothes at your refuge location and your machines have a malfunction and destroyed over 2000 dollars worth of my clothes and I need to be reimbursed for your company having failing machines with no sign on them stating that
