    The laundry mat on Hamilton Road had officially ****** me off. I went there to wash some clothes around 7:10pm, well the "cleaning lady" who was there, saw me come in. I loaded everything into the washer, poured my detergent and proceeded to pay for it with my express card only to have a message come across the screen saying, "Card invalid, store is closing". I went to the lady to ask about it and she told me that she was just the cleaning lady there and they stop allowing people to wash clothes around 7pm. Now, mind you I said earlier the lady saw me come in. There sign says 8am - 8pm. The lady never once said one thing to me when she saw me enter the laundry mat to as least stop me. I asked if I could speak to the manager of the company, she said she didn't have a number, I told her I was told a few months ago that the manager watches the camera's, she said the camera's didn't work. I then said to her, so you're basically saying to me that if you were ever in any trouble you have no way of contacting the person that pays you and there would be no proof of anything because you said the camera's don't work. She repeated herself by telling me, she's just the cleaning lady. Well, this lady and I have proof on my phone does not know how to clean floors. She pours water onto the floor in different spots while people are still in there waiting for their clothes to finish washing or drying and she goes and sits down and gets on her phone while there is water all on the floor in different spots. If I fall behind her so called cleaning... I'M FILING A LAW SUIT!

    The location at **************************************************. The people who own this location are thieves. They steal from their customers and get away with it.I put $40 cash in their machine and received zero credit on my laundry card. I called the number listed online and got voicemail and no return call. This happens all the time apparently
