      I purchased 42 buckets of driveway sealer that was supposed to be warranted for 10 years and paid a total of $1596 not including tax. Within three months the sealer started all coming off and did not stick. I have contacted the number on the back of the buckets for customer service and was contacted by a gentleman named **** who asked me for receipts from ****** where it was purchased. I sent him what ****** had that they could give me since they no longer had the receipts in their system or so they said and pictures of the driveway to show how the sealer looked. He later contacted me again and told me that they were refunding me around $587 which is nowhere near what I paid. He said they had cut the check and it was being mailed. It never has come. I have called him back five or six times and each time he tells me the check is cut and is in the mail. I am asking for help to get the money refunded to me.
