March 2023 I hired Supreme Concrete to replace front stairs and side door steps and little porch.I paid 4700 dollars for job.Upon completion and concrete drying I noticed a few defects and the guys did not clean up long screws,wood and excess concrete in yard.I called and text Jordan several times and there’s always excuses and he sends people to repair concrete that can’t speak English or understand it .I have cancelled my driveway getting sealed twice because Supreme Concrete has to repair the damage done while doing my concrete job

I’ve attached files and emailed them to the bbb.
we were contracted to pour a small porch walkway and patio out back upon arriving ******* informed us she threw her other contractors off the job. We took over only needing to put in gravel and pour concrete. Upon completion and cleanup we came out did a walk thru with ******* to make sure everything looked good in which she assured us everything was to her satisfaction and paid us in full as well as left us a 5 star review on google (attached in email sent to bbb). Now out of left field she’s claiming we damaged her fence and had left over debris and demanding 500$ at this point we feel like we’re being extorted and harrassedI have added all pictures and estimate I have also attached is review left for us by ******* after we finished the job. We finished the concrete did a walk thru with her made sure everything was clean and to her satisfaction then got paid and she left us a review on her own behalf on google saying all work was done was correct. ******* had called us for the job after someone previously broke the front porch , all work that was spoken about was completed and taken care of , other than that we can’t provide free services

I am rejecting this response because this is not the case. He admitted in the text message that he wanted to correct the defects with the job. I submitted pictures and screenshots of the messages. The company also knows that they damaged my fence when digging up the concrete at the side door

I forgot to tell you ******* ************ owner came to my home to inspect the concrete work and damages.He is writing up his findings .He also shared that company’s have insurance to cover when they damage a persons property.I had asked for them to repair what they messed up but they refuse to do so.On June 12 2023 the Supreme concrete owner came to my home and took pictures of front and side step nothing else.If I have to pay another company to repair this mess they created I’m gonna seek out Attorney
