    ******************* came to ****** **** after a tornado passed through my area last June. He portrayed himself as an insurance expert to help to navigate through our roofing and siding replacement. He did not have a contractor's license in ****** but said he had taken the test for Toledo and all will be good. He did not get a license here and did not pull any permits. He was not around and was very hard to get a hold of. (Voice mail full, text message not returned very often). The roof was done in September. His team of roofers were very hard to communicate with. I made my decision on the type of siding in October, He said that the siding would be in in 2 weeks. Then many weeks of promises and no responses. His crews finally showed up in February. Again his crew was hard to communicate with and he was nowhere to be found. I had some questions while the crew was here. I tried to call and text with no response. Finally, I asked one of his crew to call him and he did answer the phone and I was able to discuss the questions I had. The railing was put back on crocked. During the process of putting on the new siding, 3 stationary windows that had vinyl trim were chipped. Probably from the storm but they did not share that information with me. Shortly after he asked to be paid in full because he was taking his kids on vacation. Which I did. He submitted bills to the insurance company for the siding. My Agent tried to contact him several times for questions about his charges, with no response. I tried to intervene. He said he sent in all the paperwork and my agent was an a** He also submitted a bill for gutter work that he did not do. I had to hire another contractor to put in new windows. The siding around the widows had to be taken off. He didn't leave any leftover material for me.Overall, it was a long and very frustrating experience.
