      Through **** ******, I scheduled an *** on my right shoulder for 02/20/25.I was informed by *********** that I had not met my deductible for the year and I would need to prepay for the **** to the tune of $1,253.03. I submitted that payment on 02/06/2025.I have subsequently received a statement from Columbus Radiology date 03/14/2025 for said ***.They billed my insurance $905.00.. Insurance covered $761.05, and I am being billed for $143.95.I called CRC, I informed them that I prepaid for the *** through *********** and wanted to know why I was being double-billed for it. The agent said they were billing me for services they provided to *********** for reviewing the images. My contest to this is that per State of Ohio law, I am to be informed of all costs for procedures up front. When I brought this up to the *******, she dismissed my complaint stating they are not associated with *********** and could not do anything about not being told up front on their fees. She informed me that I must pay for services rendered.I would like to know what legal recourse I can take to keep companies like *** from pulling this stunt on other people.Thanks,**** *********

      Basically the same review everyone else has given. Received multiple texts and emails from them for services that I could not verify. Starting with the fact that I’d never heard of them, nor could I recall any recent radiology service. 100% feels like a phishing scam.

      This place is awful. They have random charges sent to your cell but provide no documentation. Be very careful when paying your bills.

      Worst radiologists ever! They either don’t look at scans or just skim them! I definitely have something going on and I’m almost positive it it pneumonia or a lung infection! ********* ******* ****** uses them and they are the worst. I was told one day my scans looked great. I felt worse and went out of town to another hospital and was admitted for 3 days as I was told I had pneumonia and bronchitis among something else. So they need to stop just skimming X-rays and scans! They need to look better!

      Horrible billing practices. Trying to scam people. I’ve provided my insurance information many times because they claim they didn’t have it. Which is interesting considering the bill they sent me clearly states the insurance company needed additional information from them so they could process the invoice. They refused to send it to the insurance company. I’ve told him at least four or five times I told the collection agency once I’ve been on the phone with the insurance company while they called Columbus radiology. They told him the same thing now they’ve turned me into a collection agency. I am ready to get an attorney.

      They tried to double bill me with an automated phone service and when I called back I could not get a straight answer. I waited 35 minutes and never talked to a supervisor about the double billing practices.

      I got a phone call today from Columbus Radiology saying they had an important message for me. I call and it's about my bill that's not even due yet. The services were recent and there's no past due balance. I always pay my bills on time at the end and middle of each month. I think it is harassment they are calling me about a bill that's not even due yet and leaving me a message they have an important message for me which I assumed was about my health not about a bill that's not even due yet. Just unbelievable.
