(My letter of complaint to Link rec'd no response.)***** ****** used her position as prop mgr. to extract revenge. I noticed the reroofed garages were not properly ventilated. Research showed they were not ventilated per mfg. specs and 614 Contractors didn't get them inspected. Documentation was submitted to ********* responded: Your email was forwarded to your landlord and our attorney". She then threatened my landlord with sending me a cease-and-desist order for "defamation" of 614 (she has no standing to do this) and tried to coerce him into not renewing my lease. This is intimidation and interferes w/the landlord/tenant relationship and surely falls outside the scope of her duties. There's more. There are dead trees around the property & fallen branches are an issue. For years, I've had to cut down broke branches and haul them to the curb. ***** refuses to do anything about it. Complaints get no response.A sidewalk was damaged by a plow 3 ******* ago and not yet repaired. My landlord and I made numerous inquiries with no response. (He made numerous attempts to get another key to the building, too). This is a hazard per my ***** and a potential liability; "Failing to correct a known hazard can bring on liability."She ordered people to remove birdfeeders because "they attract critters". That is nonsense and a matter for the **** not her. She said the 4 feeders people had out are "free endless food for them. Nonsense.I gardened here for years before Link came in. ***** ordered a community veggie garden sprayed with Round Up. She stole caution stakes and tape put up to protect the gardens until they established. It was witnessed. I have approval for the gardens from the *** and tacit approval from Link.Anyone who uses their professional position to extract personal revenge should have no place in a company. (There is much more detail but I'm running out of characters.)

To echo another complete, communication and customer service skills are lacking. If you have a maintenance issue - whether it is an emergency or not - expect to be slow walked the entire way. They will respond at odd hours with terse communications, fail to update you on scheduling or progress, and fail to pick up the phone when they are in the office. If you attempt to visit, they will ask you to leave as you dont have an appointment - something you cant schedule with people who do not communicate.

LinkReal Estate Group LLC does not "care" about the residents they manage. They have repetitive statements. "I'm so sorry but unfortunately". We are just a pay check, We need to make sure we follow all of the rules and things they say but they do not try to help people in urgent matters. They will mark a work order complete without looking at the issue. They state they have 24 hour maintenance, on site 5 days a week, when they have been at our property for over two months and we have yet to have a full time maintenance tech. My community of friends and family refer to my complex as a slum. Even the apartment across from the office has fire damage that has not been repaired to the outside siding. They completely pass off responsibility to others so they do not have to do anything or blame the previous management/owners. Or state they are having issues they had no idea about because previous owners/management have not told them.

I used to live here and the automated system that takes payments for rent messed up twice where it didnt attempt to withdraw any payments ( I have a letter from the bank stating that) but when I realized the payment hadnt left my account I went on the system to pay it manually but of course I was charged a late fee. Most in this area are navy personnel who are deployed over half the year with no internet access. Overall I was charged 300$ in late fees for their failure to auto withdraw funds
