      This community is the worst community Ive ever lived in. From the day we moved in a year ago until now, theres been nothing but safety hazards and inconveniences. Let me start by adding, from the moment we moved in the roof was leaking into our common area. It continued for months, even though I told them that it was a hazard. Well, the water leaked ended up leaking on my infant after they had said it was fixed and made him slip. The community showed no remorse or sympathy. Even though Id told them multiple times it was a hazard! Then they left a HUGE hole in my roof for another month, ugly and crooked. The ** has broken, the washer was broken for a week, multiple issues throughout the entire lease big and small. Then they broke my baby proof locks without notifying me off of my kitchen cabinet, and my son was able to open the cabinet with chemicals in it because I was unaware that they broke my magnetic lock. The management is also poor, anytime Ive come to them with issues she has been snarky and dismissive. Ive spoken with other neighbors and theyve had problems with this community as well!

      Do not waste your time applying!!! $550 for two people to apply. They will wait over 5 business days to start the processing of the application and then not communicate to you when they need more information. They will deny you for not providing “enough information” when you filled out every single box of the application. They apparently do not know how to pick up a phone or even email. You pay the $200 security deposit with the application (red flag off the bat) and they don’t refund it for 30-60 days after. They apparently needed that application fee for their payroll. The apartment units themselves are outdated and creaky. Not worth the most expensive application fee ever, I’ll go back to my luxury living, thanks!

      Over priced units. Lived here for 3 years and both my gfs and my car have been broken into. Called management about it and their response was sorry to hear about that. Watched CPD and DEA do a drug raid on a unit 5 units down from me. They charge you enough to think you live in a nice community while they do nothing about these kinds of crimes happening. Also had an issue with our garage door not working and maintenance came on a Friday. Failed to fix the garage door and left, leaving my garage door open and no way to lock it to keep people from just coming up and lifting the door open for the whole weekend. Contacted management and it took them weeks to properly fix the issue.

      I had signed up application and gave them deposit and it was never returned even after multiple follow up. Dont put in any deposit or else they will never give you back

      I moved out in August of 2021 and never got my security deposit back. Ive called/emailed numerous times and no one ever picks up the phone or emails back. Today I called their legal department and no one answered. Its disgusting that they take your money and then ignore and basically screen calls after you move out.

      Do not rent with this property management company, especially the complex located in ********* **. Their Management team does not care about the tenants at all or the rules and laws of the ********* Landlord Tenant Laws. Currently filing a complaint with the BBB, HUD and their executive team if I can find their contact info. They lied regarding parking options and Air BnBs to get us to sign a lease contract, they don't communicate with their tenants when the garage breaks or when no one's key fobs will let them in, when elevators are down or in use for moving. They blame tenants when they file complaints directly with the management team which is 100% Tenant Retaliation and highly illegal. If you want to escalate an issue the management team will refuse to give you information for any management above them. A significant amount of the apartments flood in this complex even the ones on the 6th floor. There were/are issues with dogs defecating and urinating all over the hallways and elevators and management does nothing to mitigate this except for saying "well, its a new dog". We've been openly lied to by the head of maintenance, leasing officers, and the associate portfolio manager. They moved us into an apartment that they knew had flooding issues that they previously chose not to fix and this was admitted by their maintenance team. The only reason we got them to do anything about this was because we had to escalate and then get HUD involved. Then and only then did management finally take it seriously and allow for us to move us out into a new apartment in the same complex.

      They do not care about their tenants. Someone was just robbed and I reached out and was blown off. They refuse to put a lock on my door and told me to pay for it. There was a shooting in 2020 and several other incidents and nothing has been done to make the community more safe.

      The ** community in New Albany has shown that they discriminate against people color . I have lived in the New Albany ******** location for less than a year. Throughout that time they have harassed me about a Vehicle of mine that is considered commercial. Their rules state that they dont allow commercial vehicles on the property whats so ever . Which I find funny because I had parked my truck there for 6 months before a complaint arose . But thats not the issue, the issue is that there are other commercial vehicles on the property that have been here longer than my own and they have not pursued them. I have sent pictures of other vehicles to them stating this and they simply ghosted me. I do not mind abiding by the rules but I wont do so when they are discriminating against only myself and no other tenants.
