      Had quite the opposite experience. After sending two $250 gift cards to a "terminally ill friend" at the emailed request of my business partner's wife, the staff at WIFITI recognized the fraud attempt and quickly cancelled both transactions saving us $500! Thank you for your due diligence!

      I received a $50 (dollar) gift card that was gifted to me on March 8, 2024, on the **** ******** ***** website. On March 22, 2024, I decided I had no use for the gift card, so I didn't redeem it. Instead, I emailed ****** to return the gift card and requested that the buyer be fully refunded. On March 23rd I received the following email reply to my request. Hello ****** Your gift, order #*******, has been canceled and refunded to the gifter as promised. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions. Regards, ****** ** I have been in constant contact with the buyer, and their bank card was never credited for $50 by Jifiti. I had an online chat with a ****** representative who emailed a sparse invoice as the receipt of the refund. yet the buyer's credit card was not credited. My question to the representative was, what kind of receipt is this? I never received a legitimate answer to my question. Weeks have passed and my frustrations with this company's customer service have exceeded my limit of patience! ****** has demonstrated a clear lack of concern toward hard-working consumers. My advice to all honest consumers, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS COMPANY OR BE PREPARED TO BE SCAMMED!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
