    After preapproval for service from my insuror and a preliminary exam by Step Lively staff, I have had a continuous battle of being told by SL the procedure wasn't approved and insurance saying I am covered.There have been multiple calls to SL, including answering machine calls never returned, conversations with a rude individual who told me to accept it that I was financially responsible or drop the matter.I spoke with insurance on 5 occasions and was assured they had called SL and I was covered.The final episode is that 8 days ago a representative from SL told me that she'd spoken with my insurance. She'd take the lead on resolution and I'd hear back the next day or by the latest, early the following week. She said they had been experiencing growing pains and staff issues. That doesn't excuse rudeness and ignoring patients.this was 8 days ago and I have received no return calls. .
