      The broad st location sold a water rotting tree . When I went to return it they would not return or exchange for a healthy tree .because they were closing they rushed me out with an empty pot and my dead tree in a bag .which a gentleman that works there pulled out of they pot and handed to me .Where has customer service went ???.This is a shame because I'm a plant lover and shop their offten .

      We apologize that you felt the customer service did not meet your expectations. Strader's Garden Center does not warranty tropical citrus plants. If there was a concern when the plant was purchased we would be happy to exchange the plant in the first 24 hours.

      Do not use their mower shop. I took my snow thrower in to get a tune up and replace the scraper blade and sleds. The mower shop manager *** ******, intook my thrower with a difficulty of starting but would start. After evaluation, I was told that he was confident that he would get it to start with ease and run better. When I recieved it back, the choke did not work and it would only start in open throttle. If this was fixed correctly, the thrower would start using the choke and would not bog under load. In addition, he never ordered the scraper blade and his solution was for me to order one on ebay and put it on myself. This all was included in my estimate in which was for just under $200. Also when I recieved it back, the auger mechanism was missing a bolt/pin so it would not engage on the right side. I was charged the full $200 and my thrower was in worse condition than when I brought it in. After a call to *** ****** about it, the day of a 3” -4” snow storm, I was stood up for that appointment and then I called and he resecheduled for a week later. He tinkered with the settings yet still had difficulty starting it. It started after 6 pulls and him pumping the primer. His statement then was “it runs so what else do you want me to do… “ as I started talking that I wanted it fixed right, he started closing up his trailer, walked to his truck and dismissed my call for it to be fixed right. He refused to give me his supervisor’s name. I was then dismissed by her response claiming that he did everything that he was supposed to do with the service and they would not do anything else.Caviot: yes this snow thrower is old and it was discussed at the time of service. I explained that if it was too far to repair correctly, to call me, I would pay the diagnosis fee and pick it back up without repair. He ensured that he could do the repair to a satisfactory status. End of the day: I would have given a 0 out of 5 rating of this experience if I could.
