      ON AUGUST 7TH 2022 I PLACED A ORDER FOR PIZZA AND GARLIC BREAD FOR TOTAL OF $47.80 ORDER NUMBER (#193229736). WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK UP MY ORDER I WAS TOLD THEY WERE SOLD OUT OF THE PIZZA AND I WOULD GET A REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD ENDING 7703 FOR $39.61 AND I KEPT THE CHEESY GARLIC BREAD. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR $39.61 AND EVERYTIME I CALL THE COMPANY I GET A VOICE MAIL.

      We have a lot of trouble with staffing and keeping the existing staff able to keep up with phone calls.  This is the first we are hearing of this issue.  I have reached out directly to the customer at the email address provided to let them know that I have located the order from 8/7/22 and have initiated a full refund.  I have also offered to send them a gift card for their troubles.
