    4/2/24 my daughter enrolled and paid in full phlebotomy class. Was told she would receive state and national certification and it was a five week course. Took test for national certification 7/10/24. She was told results would be emailed to her and receive certificate in us mail. Approximately 2 weeks ago she received a call from instructor saying she received 94% on exam. Still nothing sent to her. 8/30/24 group chat received a text saying tracking info would emailed to each of them for certification. No emails received. No response to texts. Owner not supplying any information to students to obtain their certification. A call was made to testing company that is shown in pictures on Elites website. No tests were received from Elite in July and no test exists under my daughters name. All of the students in my daughter’s class have tried texting today and no response. One student had an interview and contacted the teacher asking for her certification information. The teacher responded with “if they want you bad enough they will look it up” There is no support for the students and they all paid for this certification.
