These ppl are HORRIBLE! The girl that dropped off my meds was very rude, and gave me meds that weren't even mine. When she brought my medication she threw the bag at me, never took a pic or a signature, or apologize.

Most drivers do well. Today a driver gave my heart meds to a person they don't know. Directions on the pkg read: If you can't get into the building call me and ill come out.The # on the envelop is ********.This is irresponsible and inexcusable. Please speak to driver.

A text alert says that my anticipated diabetes prescription was dropped of. It was not. Who signed for it? Who was it handed to? Where is the photo of the prescription in my hands? Where is my prescription??Precise directions (although should not be necessary) were added by the ************* STARS if I could.

their feedback email is bogus. That pretty much just tells you it all. Falsely marked delivery attempts, missing medication. Falsely marked delivered packages. Missing medication that is crucial for daily body self care with a debilitating disease. Yeah. this is NOT a legit company and their negligance has serious consequences. They are not held to account.

Never use this company. I wait all day for my prescriptions to get delivered and still need to call and ask before it gets delivered. The pharmacy says they can't do anything about it and scriptdrop says they can't either. I have no transportation right now to get my meds so if I have a medical emergency because of them, oh well right. These people are a joke and need shut down.

If I could rate ScriptDrop no stars, I would. Got a text saying my prescription was delivered. I looked outside my apartment door, nothing but a young man was walking by. Stopped him and asked if he was delivering from my drug store. He said yes, then mentioned he got the wrong apartment. I will say he went to the other apartment with same number as mine and had to knock to get them to give it to him. My name, and address was clearly marked on the package; building next door has totally different address. If I wouldn't have caught him, they would have kept my much needed medication. NEVER using this delivery company again.

Since my pharmacy has started using ScriptDrop, the last two prescriptions took almost 2 weeks to be delivered by mail and I only live 20 miles away from the pharmacy. We're old and mobility challenged so it's easier to have the prescriptions mailed to us. It has always worked fine until the pharmacy started using this company. I tracked the prescriptions on the USPS tracking site and watched as one of them went as far as Brooklyn, NY and stayed there for five days. It made many more stops along the way and finally made it to us IN OREGON. The second prescription traveled all around southern California and we waited almost two weeks and it was my husband's inhaler. Again, we only live 20 miles away from the pharmacy. Extremely disappointing service from this company.

Absolute garbage company. They completely make up the rules as they go along to fit whatever their drivers did or did not do on every occasion. Had many deliveries where they dropped off the meds and left. Every time they fail to deliver (And they never show up at all, I have cameras) they come up with this complete ** about how the pharmacy requires a signature.....funny they never have before! They just lie and invent things to defend their garbage employees and blame the pharmacy.

They neither delivered my prescriptions nor did they refund the $4.99 fee. It is against the law to charge monies for good or services not rendered.

I had knee surgery and have been relying on prescription delivery. My pharmacy just started using Scriptdrop. My first experience has been horrible. Twice my prescription was returned to the pharmacy undelivered despite my being home at the alleged time the driver noted “not delivered.” The first time, my doorbell rang and when I got downstairs, UPS was the only person delivering a package. The second, my phone rang by an “unknown caller” but no one was on the line and there was no message. 6 minutes later there was a notation on the company’s site that my prescription was not delivered. No attempt at delivery as far as I can tell - my doorbell is clearly marked with my apartment number. Prescription delivery is too important and time sensitive for such carelessness and incompetence.
