Lance's installed our in-ground fence almost 3 years ago. Yesterday they installed one at my next door neighbor's house and failed to learn the property boundaries, so they had my neighbor text me while I was at work saying they needed to move my fence close to my house so the two fences would not negate each other. Despite me objecting, they installed the neighbor's fence ON MY PROPERTY knowing it would cancel out mine, which now does not work and cannot help my blind senior dog. In the image provided, you can see that part of their driveway sits inside our property, and the new fence was placed outside of the driveway, which means it's on our property. The technician berated me for confronting him about why he would knowingly damage my property and said I was "a terrible example for my children." When I told him he broke the law by trespassing and working on my property without my consent, he claimed I gave consent to my neighbor via text. 1) I did not. I have the texts. 2) that's not consent. 3) for all he know she wasn't texting the homeowner. The company claims they can try things to avoid the lines interacting but that they already tried them on my neighbor's new fence and they failed, so what makes them thing it'll suddenly work on my side? This entire thing is because Lance's failed to determine where they were legally allowed to work, and their technician intentionally damaged my fence, and now my blind dog is no longer safe in her own yard unless we go out there with a leash, which defeats the entire purpose of the fence.
