today a tech from this company was spotted on security camera walking all over MY vacant property, when I called the this company they were rude and could not tell me why he was there, ******* called me back and told me that MY property (for the last 15 years) was not my property but one managed by a property management company, I asked her for there info and she gave me a fake name and when pressed for a phone number she hung up..............what poor business they are

We were performing our monthly exterior rodent bait station service at: 1899, 1933 & 2001-2005 *************** in ********** for KT&T Properties. When you called into our office we were trying to pull up our service technicians GPS to see what tech was at or near the address of your concern. Unfortunately, you hung up on us before we were able to gather all of the information I have listed above. It sounds like your property may have been next to one of these properties or my tech was looking for the addresses he was supposed to be at.Review fromNancy W

They came out and took care of our problem with carpenter bees. While they were here they saw a couple of other areas that had wasps and ground bees that we were not aware of. They took care of those at no extra cost. The technician was knowledgeable and was able to let us know what and where the problems were and how he was going to take care of the problem. Would definitely recommend and will call them again if we have any similar problems in the future.The Ohio Exterminating Co. Inc.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BED BUGS. I bought a house not knowing it had bed bugs. I wanted to treat ASAP so I could move in. The website says that they have chemical and heat options for the treatment of bed bugs and that they will inspect and make a recommendation based on the circumstances. This is false. They do NOT have heat treatment. The receptionist said that the chemical treatment should be good enough and that heat treatment is really expensive. What she did not mention is that chemical treatment does not solve the problem because it does not kill the eggs. I was not informed of this until after they had taken my payment and started treating. I asked how many treatments I will need and how long it will be before I can move my stuff in. The receptionist said the technician will make recommendations after he is finished. I was told the exterminator would let me know what he found. The only information I received was on the back of my receipt, which said “Bugs found. Treated.” They have a “text us” option on their web site. I was at work and could not talk on the phone, so I texted the number asking for clarification and a plan to exterminate the issue completely. I never received a text back or a call back. When at the house 2 days after treatment, I found a live bed bug. I hired a different company to heat treat, which immediately solves the issue because it kills bed bugs in all stages of life. The other company even has a 90 day warranty. The chemical treatment cost me $350, and the heat treatment cost me $1,350. But with needing multiple treatments, the chemical treatment would probably have cost the same or even more. And that doesn’t include having to pay at least an extra month of rent on top of my mortgage because I don’t want to move all of my belongings in to a house with bed bugs. I wasted $350 on something that didn’t work. Learn from my mistake.The Ohio Exterminating Co. Inc.

Hi ******, I am very sorry you are not happy with our service. We do offer heat treatments and chemical treatments for bed bugs as listed on our website. The generator on our heat trailer is currently being worked on therefore we are not able to offer our heat treatments at this time until it is fixed. We quoted you our chemical treatment as an alternative and you authorized our service. The chemical treatment does work and does kill bed bug eggs. One product we use is called Temprid and this is listed from the manufacture "Temprid FX's dual-action formula is effective against all strains of bed bugs, even killing eggs and newly-hatched nymphs. It doesn't stain, has minimal odor, and is safe for use on virtually any surface found throughout your home." Once again, I am sorry you are not happy with our service. We do our best to make sure our customers are treated properly and are satisfied with our services. I am confident our treatment would have worked as we perform a lot of them successfully.Review fromKaren J

The Ohio exterminating company has been absolutely wonderful every time I get my house serviced I feel they do everything they can to make me feel comfortable and Job is completed with excellent customer satisfaction, they are always on time and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.***** is who I dealt with and if I could give him an 11 out of 10 I would.He is absolutely fantastic!The Ohio Exterminating Co. Purchased a new house and a contractor noticed termite tubes and recommended **** Exterminators. They came out promptly and advised us and then scheduled treatment. Treatment was performed as scheduled and all interactions were professional, friendly and respectful. We were very satisfied.The Ohio Exterminating Co. Inc.
