    On 8/21/2021 Blacktop driveway. but made a curve up to the fence, driveway has no way to drain water from rain or snow. Called ask them to repair they agree I have it in writing. Multiple phone calls go unanswered. 2 year warranty was guaranteed with this service. Promise to return in the summer of 2023 to fix problem ( have it in writing) Still unable to get a hod of company. I have this all in writing plus copies of text messages.

    We were given an estimate on September 6, 2021. We had the work done later in September 13, 2021 due to his equipment breaking down. Our estimate indicates that it includes a line that we have a 2 year warranty. We paid the $14,000.00 per the estimate/contract. In February 2022 we were having issues and noticed areas were deteriorating and falling apart. We reached out to the owner of the company. He said due to the cold weather he would have to wait until (Spring) April 2022 to come out to make the repairs. We didn't hear anything from him. In early May 2022 we reached out to him. He finally came out in June 2022 to look at the issues we were having in multiple different areas of the driveway. He said he would come out in July 2022. We told him we had a vacation scheduled for July, so we asked him to have it done before we left for vacation. He texted while we were on vacation and said they would be to our house on July 21, 2022. We let him know that we wouldn't be available until July 29, 2022. He said that he was going to be booked up and it would need to be sometime in October 2022. We didn't hear from him in October. On October 4, 2023 we reached out to him but he didn't answer. October 22, 2022 we tried again with no response. October 24, 2022 we called him twice, he called back to say he would be out within the next week to fix the problem. He never showed up. November 16th we texted him. No response. January 14, 2023 we texted, no response from him. March 21, 2023 we texted him. We didn't get a response until May 9, 2023 saying they would come on June 14, 2023. June 14, 2023 no one showed up. We called that evening, he told us his equipment broke down and that he would come out another time. June 29, 2023 they were supposed to be out, we texted to check the status of the appointment. No response. August 1, 2023 we texted about the repairs, no response. September 6, 2023 we texted again about scheduling the repairs and left a voicemail. No response to either
