    On June 4, 2023 I contacted Kaleb K**** after a recommendation from a trusted associate. I was told he could take care of plumbing situations. I was having a problem with water backing up into my tub when I used the clothes washer and also had a slow moving drain in my kitchen. Billy K**** (father to Kaleb) showed up at my door late in the evening on June 4 and gave me a quote of "around $500" to fix the issues mentioned above, as well as fixing the outdoor faucet which had been leaking and to install a garbage disposal. He asked for $340 up front, which was given to him in cash. On June the 6th, after several calls and texts from me for communication about why I hadn't heard from them, Billy shows up at my house. He worked for a few hours and said he couldn't finish the job because he needed another tool. He promised to come back the next day and he asked for another $30 for gas money, which I paid him. Despite multiple promises, I still don't have any of the things done that we agreed upon, in fact, the backup situation seems worse now than it was before he worked on the 6th. My sink in the kitchen still isn't draining properly, I still can't use my outdoor faucet and I still don't have a garbage disposal.
