      This is the worst practice to go at. They will bill you for your annual appointments as diagnostic appointments; they will bill you ridiculously crazy $$$ for your annual lab work with all sorts of diagnostic codes without any discussion with you. You will only find these bills as a surprise once you are done with your appointment. The best part is that their billing department is rude enough to decline any explanation or refuse correction. Donate your money for a better cause than giving to these cheaters.
