    Thought would be considerate to needs of patients, Registered Nurse continuously refuses outside treatment for myself. Have had to cancel 3 appointments for primary care doctor and recently an Ear Nose and throat doctor. For a skilled nursing facility, I feel the staff here are specialized in certified teaching. Since I have heard this facility used to be a preschool for children, One patient here passed away in his bed, with the call light still on. I am trying to seek treatment for Tonsilitis when I haven’t had Tonsils since 1973. My tro ohuble on oh calltop of not voicing my concerns , is that complaints fall on deaf ears.

    The Laurels of Walden Park Business Manager ****** *. Admitted that she has not received (only my) email attachments for the last 5 months. Email servers just don’t let attachments go through for only 1 person. If they aren’t receiving emails, what else is wrong at this location. Is it just this location that is not receiving emails with critical information for patients, or is it all locations for this company (***** ****** ****)? This leads to concerns for all residents/patients and employees if information is not being communicated properly throughout the company. ***Response from the owner*** Hi ****, ***** ********** (or any of our locations) does not allow external emails to send attachments in emails due to security reasons. If you have a concern with Laurels of Walden Park, please call us directly at (***) ********. The company does allow attachments as the Administrator ***** ***** has received email attachments as of October 2023. It is unclear why the response from the owner is that no attachments are able to be received through the whole company. I have previously sent many email attachments when admitting my loved one and they had no issue receiving them. Hopefully someone can investigate and get to the bottom of all of this and no more critical information is lost.
