I have paid them numerous times to take their tests. Which is impossible to pass because they purposefully make trick questions and multiple right awnsers to. Make you fail. All they care about is money. They won't even tell you what you need to work on. I think they pass people just to say people pass the vast majority of people fail. Because they want our money. I either want the $ 300 I spent to them back orbi want my liscence. I w I ll go out of my way to keep reporting them as a scam until I get my money.

I have paid them through their website, to take my EMT test two weeks ago. I have contacted them several times now, with no response, that my profile still says I have not paid. I lost an opportunity for a very well paying job due to not being able to prove that I paid through their website. They even made me send proof that I paid from my bank account, and then I have yet to hear anything back after sending proof. They send me a receipt, but the receipt did not work. This is my future career that they have withheld from me, and are refusing to fix.

This national organization will not accept my credit for classes completed through Virginia's state sponsored website nor in-person classes I've taken. The Commonwealth of Virginia accepts these classes and when I've submitted documentation to support the hours I've taken I was given two responses; one is that they would take my classes and I have to support more documentation and the other response is that my application is disabled. I was charged a fee of $89.00 which I've paid when it was supposed to be $75.00 for recertification. All phone numbers are out of service so I cannot reach any representative for this organization.
