    ******* ***** 67 *** **** ****** electric guitar Order purchased on 2/1/24 for 588.49$. 2/7/24 started return process by contacting customer service ***** ******. 2/19/24 item delivered back at Sam Ash via UPS with delivery confirmation. It has been 10 days with no email confirmation of the return or the status of the return showing the money being sent back to me. I have contacted them multiple times speaking with ******, he stated he sees that the order is in our warehouse and that he will contact customer service directly to have the problem resolved and was unsure why the return has not been finalized. Waited a couple days and called back spoke with ***** ******, he stated “that the problem was that I returned it via UPS and not FedEx” even though ****** already showed it in their possession a couple days prior. Again waited a couple days and spoke with a female who said customer service was not in today and to call back. Called back another day and spoke with ***** ****** again and he said “he will have them expedite the return and it will take a couple days.” Called back yesterday and ****** stated he sees the return and the “wheels are in motion and I should have the email return today”. I have yet to receive any email and feel as though they are buying time and show no efforts of actually sending my money back.

    I recently filed a complaint with Sam Ash music stores, the problem appears to be resolving and you can disregard my complaint. If for some reason the problem continues I will be back in touch with you. Thank you and apologies for any confusion or extra work.
