- Refund and Exchange Policy
In the event that Customer cancels the delivery of a Shell within three (3) business days of its scheduled delivery Zippy Shell may charge Customer a Cancellation Fee of $79.00.
The initial Monthly Rent shall be charged prior to the Shell Container delivery, and the anniversary date will be the date the Container is first delivered. Customer will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid rent under any circumstances.
