    I was given this company as a recommendation by two different people. They arrived 30 minutes late, charged me the incorrect amount, and left without assembling all the bed frames. I was told they had finished and they were excited to be done early. However, they rushed me to pay before I could look in all the bedrooms. The two bedframes were left in pieces - since I did not take them apart, it took hours to put back together. Then, I noticed they used packaging tape to tape the drawer on our desk closed. When the tape came off, a huge chunk of paint ripped off. When I contacted the company, they did said that they had permission to use that tape. I stated they had permission to use the blue painters tape, not the packaging tape. The person I was texting with never followed up. I tipped the movers well because I thought they had done a good job. However, when I looked closer, there was a lot that could have been improved. This company is not very professional and they do not have good customer service. If looking for movers in the area, I would not recommend them.

    The tape was given by a family member. And your never rushed to pay. You could have done a walk through before paying to see if you needed anything else. Wrong amount? We discussed amount before hand thats what was charged.

    I hired this company through the **Haul website. When I received my confirmation it stated that the company would contact me within 24 hours to confirm the details. However I noticed that the unload date was wrong and immediately sent an email to the provided email for the company requesting the date be changed and for the company to contact me. I left both mine and my wifes phone numbers. I didnt receive any contact for over a week through email. Then the company proceeded to verify and confirm everything already provided through the **Haul website including the times that I needed them on-site.Fast forward to two days before my move when the company contacted me asking to move my time back by an hour and a half after it had been settled a month previously. After I declined they rudely stated they would try to accommodate me but it was a two hour drive so they werent sure they would be on time. Then the next day they told me they would be 30 minutes late because they had a morning appointment in ****** and had to come from there. ****** isnt 2 hours from Fort ****** even with traffic. Then it was that the morning appointment was booked before me, but that could have been cleared ** in the beginning by telling me we have someone booked before you so we cant accommodate the time you want.The company has no integrity and from reading the reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet by canceling and obtaining a refund.
