    Nice guys, but they damaged a piece of furniture and refuse to return my calls/emails. When I reported it they said they would reimburse for damage and that they weren't insured. I booked through Uhaul and assumed they would have been insured. Don't use these guys.

    Stay away from this company. Unreliable, their "partners" do not show up on the day they committed to. Their customer service will never call you back when they commit to. Their customer service will call you back to inform you the job is harder than they thought so there's additional charges, total bait and switch. I'm 8 phone calls, 3 unfulfilled promises to call back and 3 scheduled appointments in so far and still no installed washer and dryer. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this company for anything!*
