    I have hired them 4 times and each time they communicate and do a great job. Priced right and well below other main companies that are less consistent. I will always call them or recommend to friends

    After several requests to them to provide their mailing address so I could mail them my storage unit key, they never texted me back their mailing address. Then after several days they had the guts to ask me by text if I was still wanting them to do the move. Not Responsible, Don't Hire. Also their prices are sky high. Don't waste your time or money on them.

    Hello Andrea. Thank you for your review. We appreciate every opportunity to do better. However, we received messages from you initially to provide services that our company does not provide. You had requested personal information to allow us to access your storage unit while you were not to be present. I repeatedly responded that we do not access customer homes, storage units, or any belongings without either themselves or a trusted family member or representative of theirs present to allow us access to their belongings, and we do not share private information of our contractors or team leads. We were first asked to drive your rented truck, which is not a service we provide. We were then asked to deliver pods for you to a specific location, which we also do not provide, all due to liability reasons. Despite repeatedly informing you that we do not and have not provided such services, you continued to insist you needed assistance. As a compromise as it appeared you were in dire need of assistance, I offered that the storage unit manager take authorization from you to allow us access without your being present. She agreed, however they did not have access to your keys for the lock and informed you and us that you must arrange for a locksmith to be present on the day of moving to cut your lock. You offered to send us a key by mail instead, which has the potential to get lost in transit, and I advise against. We regret that we could not have been of assistance to you, but we do not provide certain services under very specific circumstances such as these. Have a great day. - Duke

    I used them in January 2021. They were fast, efficient, safe , respectful. Done quicker than I estimated.
