    I received terrible service from All American Moving and Storage. I would not recommend using this company in any capacity. Days before my move for July 1st they sent me an email canceling my move without an explanation. They wouldn't answer calls or return voicemails. They did not refund my deposit, and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I was left scrambling to find a new mover which delayed my move. In mid-September I received emails about my upcoming move. It wasn't my move it was someone else's. I emailed All American Moving and storage letting them know they had my name on someone else's move. They charged my credit card $1850 for a move that wasn't mine. I called and was assured they would reverse the charges. One week later they have not done so. I called again and was promised this would be taken care of. I have had to file another dispute with my credit card company. I did not want to leave a bad review against All American Moving and Storage. I just wanted a refund because this was their mistake, and I have spent far too much time dealing with this company. I would not recommend All American Moving and Storage.

    Hi *******,I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we've caused you. Starting in June, we faced significant staffing challenges after terminating a manager who was siphoning our movers to a competitor. This led us to assign many moves to a different "friendly" competitor, and I understand yours may have fallen through the cracks amid the chaos. Im truly sorry for the trouble you had with your deposit.Regarding the second incident, our CRM and financial software integration led to data mix-**** which had a direct effect on you. We processed an immediate refund once we were made aware of what happened, but it can take 7-10 days to reflect on your account, and although we have no control over this, I apologize for the delay.I understand how frustrating this has been, and I am deeply embarrassed by these events. This is not who we are as a company, and I appreciate your patience.Please accept our sincerest apologies for all of this.

    I moved in August 2022 and was due with a baby in 4 weeks. The head mover repeatedly rammed into me with a twin box spring while I was trapped on the stairs with movers ahead of me carrying a heavy dresser. The head mover kept telling me to get out of the way and I had nowhere to go. When I called the supervisor, he said I had to stop shadowing the movers. The movers scratched my beautiful hardwood floor by scooting my headboard on it with no floor runners. I notified the supervisor and then the head mover walked off the job. The supervisor then said my move may be more expensive since a mover left, which is not my responsibility. Its All American Movings responsibility to provide respectful, reliable movers. The company did not provide any repair costs for the hardwood floor. They told me, at 36 weeks pregnant, to clean and buff my hardwood floor that they damaged. I am late leaving this review because I didnt know about The Better Business Bureau. My move was horribly traumatic and All American Moving Company treated me unacceptably. Hopefully this review can somehow hold them accountable for their behavior.

    Hello *************** I am so sorry to hear about your experience with our company. I had to check and see whether or not we did indeed move you, as I couldn't believe that I would not have heard about this. I feel awful knowing that it was our company. The only thing I can say that is of any merit here, is that the Supervisor you speak of, and about 40% of our moving field staff that he supported, were all terminated in June of this year due to other indiscretions I learned about. It was a rough summer building back (and taking back) our company from the terrible mismanagement that was occurring - and when I hear about your experience, it certainly justifies that decision even more. This is not an excuse, as you WERE serviced by OUR company, so we do take responsibility for this. I'm simply informing you of what happened this year with these particular individuals. Unfortunately for the public, they are now affiliated with another moving company(s). I can only imagine that this supervisor did everything he could to ensure that upper management never heard about this. At this point I would like to offer to compensate you for the repairs to your floor. If you go to the following link you can fill out an official claim form and upload your receipt(s) ***********************************************************************. Again, I am truly sorry about the awful experience you had with our company.

    Hi *** and thank you for your very kind review. We would like to apologize for the late arrival - our goal is to have our delivery teams back to our warehouse no later than 6pm. Sometimes they run into assembly issues, traffic, or vehicle issues along the way which can put them behind. I don't recall what may have happened with your delivery team, but again an 8pm delivery is not normal for us. Thanks again for the great review, and next time we'll be on time!

    I ordered from a legit company and bought a couch! This service for me, was outstanding! I got my couch also 3 weeks ahead of time and the two gentlemen placed my couch where I wanted it and were very polite! Satisfied customer!
