This bike was purchased as is for $2900. When you called us, I tried to help you out with letting you know what to do to fix the issue. Then I never heard back from you again. You said that you rode the bike over 150 miles with no issues. If you would have call us back we would have tried to help you again, even though you bought this bike as is.

I am rejecting this response because: I called back he stated change plugs I did that the bike still wouldn’t start I had to have it towed he knew that when I called he referred me to the tow place James towing I paid 200$ to have it towed 1 mile to my house , then he said I drained the battery I bought a new battery it started and then died I had a professional shop diagnose the bike and the ecu computer ignition unit is bad and I changed the spark plugs and coils change the oil and new oil filter now they are saying my carburetor is bad and need rebuilt which is half the price I paid for bike I understand I bought the bike as is but I called within the thirty day period of buying the bike and now I had a dud of a bike that i basically have to rebuild to perfect because as certified pre own dealer he should not be selling motorcycles that break down I can see if this happened months or years down the line I rode the bike twice both trips were 70 miles round trip.. I feel I wasn’t told all the issues with the bike and it was labeled as perfect ride like new new this new that and the preventative maintenance wasn’t done the oil wasn’t changed the air filter was dirty the oil filter was old so this bike was as is he is correct but pre owned certified it wasn’t .
