      Our company does not have the direct authority to install concrete foundations for the memorials in many cemeteries, but we do facilitate and coordinate with them to ensure the sizing is accurate. We do however install our memorials level to prevent any stability or safety issues, and at times need to use appropriate shims to accomplish this.

      However, we do work with the cemeteries to resolve issues such as these. Our manager has been in contact with both the ****** family and the township that oversees the cemetery where their memorial is located. Following a conversation this week, we were informed by the township that their foundation contractor is actively working to resolve the issue at this time and that work should be completed in the near future.

      We will continue to work with the ****** family to ensure this issue is fully resolved.

      I am rejecting this response because: this is only a proposal to work toward resolving the issue. The final outcome remains to be seen. Hopefully the the township trustees will follow through on their promise to correct the issue, but that has not yet happened.Fuller monument co.has so far passed the buck, so to speak. Thank you fo your help.

      I apologize that you feel as though we are attempting to shift responsibility, but we are required to follow the policies and procedures laid out by the township. Our company is not authorized to directly perform foundation work in the cemetery.

      We were notified on January 5 that the foundation had been replaced and the issue with the large gap was resolved. A photo of the completed work is attached. We do our best to ensure the entire process is smooth, though unfortunately issues do sometimes arise, and we appreciate your patience as we worked through the process to get this resolved.
