    On 6-28-2024 I called the business to repair my car, the owner ****** ***** came and gave an estimate to repair my car's idler pully, belt tensioner, and serpentine belt. I paid $200 up front and was to pay $100 when the repair was complete. He said he'd order the parts, be back the next day to repair my car. He came back the next day, and determined he had the wrong parts, said he'd be back the following day (sunday) and never showed. Never showed Monday. Tuesday he told me the parts were "out of delivery" and he'd be over sometime that day. Never showed. Wednesday he said he was on his way with the parts, never showed, then later said he'd be there this morning. He still hasn't fixed my car, now says he doesn't have the parts, and wont come and fix the car, and is refusing to refund. He got $200 out of me for nothing. I'd like my money back, ALL OF IT, RIGHT AWAY.

    I refunded him $200 July 5th 2024 at 1:15 pm. We had a police man there to make it go smoothly and I video Tapped it as well if you need it. I attached a Pic of him counting the money

    I paid This Mobile mechanic Feb 24 for parts after diagnosing my vehicle, I forwarded him $240 for ignition coils, I then a day later decided to cancel the job and do a refund, he demandded a $50 restocking fee which i sent over, He said he'd refund me on 03/212/2024. I reached out to him on thursaday which i have evidence of in the pictures and he did not respond until sunday stating he is closed and would contact me monday. I contacted him monday and didn't receive a single text that day so at this point i knew he was a crook, I left a 1 star review on his google business, He admits to quot on quote "Not going to pay me shit back" The guy is a crook who uses his amrine satus to get people to trust him

    He canceled 4 times each time is a $50 fee. He paid $240. So I agree to refund him $40. If this isnt accepted then no refund will be issued.

    I am rejecting this response because HE stated in his own words that the refund would be paid in the full $240 we agreed on him sending the part back and issuing a refund. He is lying about a $50 fee every time I canceled. We didn't even get far in the process of anything, he simply was ordering 1 part, jotting more, I will take this to court if he doesn't issue the refund.

    Called this company because they work on cars. The first visit I got from this gentleman ****** was to diagnose the problem which cost me $100 dollars up front. He calmed that he found the issue and we can get started he just had to order the part. Which I paid $322.50 for the part and labor to fix it on date 12/03/2023 which I still have invoice of transaction. Been going back and fourth with this gentleman because I felt like it should’ve have taken a month to work on a customer’s vehicle. I seen this man twice in a month now he’s not responding or returning any of my texts to attempt to get my money back for services not done. He is very unprofessional and am still without a vehicle and missing money from my own job. I feel like this is fraud and theft and this is just my first step with this process. I want other people to be aware of this crook. And I just want my money period
