    I first started seeing ******** larue in 2021. I was prescribed a strong medication for anxiety since then. She would go weeks sometimes months without calling me back or showing up to appointments. I have recently found out this whole time she has accepted my insurance but has charged me 250$ out of pocket for each time we spoke for 3 min to only renew my medication. I am beyond livid and will be taking action because it's now been almost 7 months since we last spoke she hasn't returned my calls or anything. I suffered extreme withdrawal symptoms and was unable to complete simple day to day tasks because how badly i need the medication. I am so sick by this practice.

    ******** LaRue again didnt show up to a phone appointment yesterday. I mean come on, how hard is it to show up to ten minute phone appointment? This is the third or fourth time this has happened. Other times she calls hours past our appointment. Its like is this lady prescribing me medication even licensed? I honestly think she needs additional training on code of ethics. She operates very unprofessionally and its apparent that she could care less about the mental health of others as proven by her reviews and no shows. I highly suggest choosing a different provider.

    I was feeling very depressed and called to see if I could get an appointment with a counselor.The only person I briefly talked to on the phone was a receptionist and she offered me a zoom appointment and asked if I needed medication.I said no to both and told her I would try somewhere else.I have been receiving a bill for $50 and they did nothing for **** am very upset about this bill because they did nothing for me and I never saw a counselor.I have called and sent letters saying that Im not paying this bill.Please let them know that Im not one of their patients and never have been.Thank you. ****** *********

    ZERO STARS! DO NOT SCHEDULE!! This place is terrible and unprofessional. The amount of misinformation that i was given. Wasn't told they didn't accept my insurance until my visual visit. I have been trying to get my records for 1 visit for over 30 days. They want to charge me,which I was told there was no fee. The time frame for the records changed twice. All of this just to get my records. They refuse to release, keep wanting me to schedule another appointment. Which I would NEVER do. This right here is what keeps brown people from supporting other brown people. FULL OF SCAMS & LIES ! DO NOT GO WITH THIS PLACE

    Scheduled a 9am phone call, provider never called but my insurance was billed for a “missed appointment”. Shady practices, many others have reviewed saying the same thing for the most part. Seems to be a common trend for this sham of a place
