    Terrible customer service. Took 6 weeks to receive my order with no contact from the seller until I asked for a refund. Then they replied with my product he just been shipped -which it had not- received shipping notice a week after they said it had shipped.

    I have still not received my online order after two months. It has been radio silence on the sellers end, with no replies to my several messages/emails asking if there is an update. The website still states 3 week expected delivery window. Completely unprofessional not to communicate with paying customers. Additionally, I left a comment on one of her recent TikTok asking about my order since I’ve exhausted all other communication pipelines, and I noticed after a couple hours that it was DELETED. Extremely suspect if you ask me. If she is swamped with an influx of orders, she still has a responsibility to communicate to customers about delays, not blatantly ignore them.

    The worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered August 11th and it said my item would be processed with 5 days. Never once received an updated email on my item. I understand it’s a small business, but if there’s no communication, how am i to trust I’ll get what I ordered? I reached out close to 6 times with no responses on Shop, email, and instagram. When I finally received a response she told me my item would ship last week, and I never got confirmation on it. I reached out again today, she left my response on open. I replied AGAIN to state I wanted a refund, and she told me “no worries you’ve already been refunded”. I’ve never experienced more awful customer service than this. You don’t ignore your customers when they are just requesting an update on their order. I believe she doesn’t have the resources to keep up with the level of demand she’s getting, but it’s not hard to be friendly to the people who are purchasing from you. I understand you’re busy, but communication goes a long way. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and if you would like receipts of the interactions I had with *****, I can provide them. I'm leaving my review here because she keeps deleting my reviews on her facebook. I also posted a tiktok with my thoughts about the experience.*

    I received a wrong item in my order and nobody answered me from customer service. I reached out through the different ways there are and no response. Notably, I messaged the instagram page and was left on seen for my request to fix the problem. For detail, the wrong item was three dollars and it seems like the company does not care to resolve small issues, as the customer I see it as bad practice and loss of trust in the business.*
