    On July 11 i requesterd service because my A/C stopped working. a feww dats later a guy showed up and said i need freon in a/c--i said OK and the billed came to $697 which i thought was mhigh mbut i paid him in CASH-which was not wise! A/C started working and lasted for 2 days and stopped again!! i finally got some here again after many calls--he found the problem in 5 minutes--said the a./c coil was rusted! needs to be replaced ! he would give me an estimate and i have not had one. Others that i have talked to said it just needs the coil replaced and Muetzel indicated everything had to be replace. And they did not refund the $697 that i paid for a failed attempt. I need help with these people---they got my money and now think in need an entire new system. This is wrong and this compamy needs to be investigated! And regardless of what i decide to do, regarding them saying i need an entire new system--i want my money back!!! Since they will not respond i have contacted another company to come and tell me what i need! I have tryed for days to reach them by phone and nobody answers the phone---twice i was able to leave a message!! No responce. They first looked at my a/c on 7/11/22----my house is HOT. Sincerely--hope you can help me.

    A formal letter was received from the Client: ***** ********** and a follow up call was made by myself, Sonya W*** effective today's date (07/28/2022) in which it was communicated that a a full refund would be processed and mailed to his home. The Client indicated that this was a satisfactory response and our team closed the matter and case dated the same date (07/28/2022).
