    I found them on Facebook marketplace, and visited their store. I paid, then signed. I did not understand it was a contract, I thought it was a receipt. Two days later, I asked for a refund as the three piece sectional was too big for my apartment. I did not remove the furniture from their location. I was told there are no refunds. I said I did not know that when I purchased it. He said he would offer me store credit for something else. I told him he had nothing else that I needed, and again asked for a refund. He declined. I told him he had not explained that I was signing a contract with him. I offered to let them keep $50 because I bought it even though I was never told there were no refunds. He didn't want that. Again, I thought I was signing my receipt.  And the refund policy was never explained to me, nor was it posted at the register.
