    This morning the driver attempted to deliver my package that requires signature for delivery but he did not even knock my door, he just left a note. Only 16 minutes later after his attempt, I called *** customer service and they said my package will be delivered in 2 hours. Every two hours or less, I called *** customer service (I called 9 times in total). Every time they said it will be delievered in two hours or less. However, on my 9th call the customer service said the branch was closed and it will be delivered on monday. The package was urgent. You screwed everything up. Your customer representatives are all liar. They all said we left a note to the driver, however the 9th representative said no one dropped a note before. Based on my experience today, Im sure that *** hires representatives that do not even care the seriousness of their job and they are all careless. This is the last time of using *** for me. You lost a customer. I hope some potential customers see this message and decide not to use ***.
