  ZERO stars! I had them come out to rekey 2 locks. Claimed one lock did not have a cover to keep pins in. Sold me a new, very cheap lock. Technician bent the inner housing of main door electronic lock, so lock would not work electronically with the keypad or phone code. I was getting error code messages, " lock jammed." Promised to come out to repair two days in a row, but no show either day. I had to buy a new electronic lock and install it myself. Lock worked perfectly.

  If we could give zero stars, we would. Called them in February 2024 to come to my work as our back door lock had stopped working. They came promptly in an unmarked vehicle. They spent a little time with it and said the entire lock and handle needed replaced. Requested to be able to use the same key we had, as the entire staff already has it, and they said no problem. Fast forward to install day and the technician seemed to not know what he was doing. Tore into our door, going as far as cutting some of the metal away. After the install, they hand me a new key and inform me we will have to make new keys for everyone. Paid over $850 for them to replace the lock. Fast forward to end July 2024 and the lock just stopped working out of nowhere. We had a six month warranty so I called to have them come take a look. They no-showed. I called multiple times over several days. Always met with a "I will check and call you back soon". Never got any calls back. They blocked both my cell phone number AND my work phone number. I had to call the ***************** to "help" and that still resulted in a no show and no communication. I had to block my phone number to even get someone to answer, then was hung up on after they realized who I was. This place is a joke.

  Do NOT hire. They charged me $350 + tax just to open my sliding glass door taking over an hour to do it. The tech then told me all my locks (front door, garage entry door, and sliding glass door} were warped and needed replaced. If that is the case and I doubt it is, Locksmith Services, will not be doing the work. The next day, I spoke with another locksmith who told me I should not have been charged over $150 for a lockout. Do NOT hire Locksmith Services unless you enjoy being overcharged.

  Zero stars if it were an option! Locked my keys in the car at *** *** Car Wash… total of 20 minutes from the time I called the company to the time the “tech” showed up in an unmarked van with basic tools to the time the door was opened…. Was told I would have to pay $250 for the service! I refused….. that should have been disclosed during the until service call or before service. I would have called the sheriffs office if I knew if would be that much. The tech would not move from the my open drivers doors, I asked him to call his boss and spoke to a man who was firm on the price but then said he would give me a discount of $80 since I was a first time customer. After calling my husband who agreed to pay $100 so I could shut my door and leave I sent a Zelle to the company for $100. This is a huge scam and totally unprofessional!

  I would give 0 stars if i could. This business is a sham. I called to have someone come out and take out an old door handle and put in a new one. The person who came said we had ordered the wrong part and that it would not fit. We were charged $250 for him to take out the door handle and put it back in. The correct door handle was ordered, however, the person who was to install it did not know what he was doing. When i called the company they said they would look into it. I waited a week. Made another call and they said they would look into it. waited a week. made another call to the company and **** kept hanging up on me and blocking my phone. I used 3 different phones. The first one was blocked. When i called with the second phone, it was answered but when **** heard who it was, he hung up and blocked the phone. I called with a third phone and he told me there would be no refund and hung up. You guessed it, he blocked the phone. I tried email but when using the send button it would not go through. There was no concern for trying to make a customer happy or even negotiating. I'm out $250 and still have an old door handle on the door. Do NOT use this company.
