      ***** *** should not be in charge of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts for this firm. He is in the business of exclusion. A person of color contacted him to inquire about career opportunities, and instead of discussing available positions at the firm, he quickly showed them the door by berating them and letting them know they did not measure up. His behavior is appalling, but it makes sense considering there are so few people of color employed at this firm. It may be this firm's tactic to have Mr. *** lead the *** efforts to keep certain people out.
