At first he was great ! Then he started forgetting I paid him and I have records. Then the lawn started to be half done by him. Also he would forget to cut twice a month.

This is a lie. I was consistent on the days mowing was done twice a month. I never missed half of the property nor did I confuse the dates mowing was completed. Nicole is mistaken, and she actually texted me to see if I was coming to mow last year when I said I could, but two mows had already been done. She then paid half of the two mows the last invoice billed bringing the total to two mows unpaid as I was not paid once last year as well. She even tried to fake a picture of her Apple pay (which I don’t even have as an acceptable method of payment.) I keep very good records of my clients and write it down as I go to put it in the books.
