    We invited Pitzer Landscaping to access our lawn needs and provide an estimated cost of services. We wanted to have new sod installed on the front lawn, dirt added to level out the ground surface, and wheel wells installed around the basement windows (the bottom which was level to the ground) We were also considering getting a quote on the back yard. Norman came out promptly, did an assessment of what was needed, provided valuable information, and a reasonable verbal quote. We were quite satisfied with everything. Unfortunately, he called back a couple of weeks later and informed us that he would not be able to accommodate us because of a lack of workers, and that his company would not be accepting any jobs this year that will require using wheel barrels to transport dirt to lawns, (as this was what was necessary to add dirt to our lawn because of a retaining wall around the front yard and a chain link fence around the back yard). However, he did recommend several other companies that we could contact that provided the same services. Although we had our hopes set on his company, we were very grateful for his recommendations. He notified us in a very timely manner, which enabled us to make contact with the recommended companies and make other arrangements in time for spring. I would highly recommend Pitzer’s Landscaping for his promptness, professionalism, expertise, consideration, and empathy.
