  The owner of this business, Chad P****, provided poor service and exhibited unprofessional behavior. He stole my money, lied to me, destroyed my property, and got nasty when I questioned the work. I hired Chad for two jobs. The first job, painting my cement entrance and walkway, did not follow the specifications I had given him and was poorly done, so I decided not to use him to replace my deck boards. I had asked for stone white paint to match what I had. He first painted the cement bright white, then when I commented that the white was too bright, he lied and told me the white was the primer and then decided without asking me to paint the cement gray. When I saw what he had done, I had him stop the work. He then called out sick the next day, and while he was away, I received professional advice to cut ties with him and sent him a text message to cordially let him know I did not want to proceed with the deck work and requested a refund of the money I put down. He had required a 57% upfront payment via Venmo on a $2,300 job and then tacked on $250 for a total of $1,550. I have sent multiple messages requesting my refund, but he has refused to respond. I had to hire a company for $1,000 to restore my entrance and walkway to its natural color. This is not only poor workmanship and quality; it is criminal. This man is a thief and a liar who is defrauding people. I found out from the contractors who bid on the job to restore my property that Chad used inferior products. When Chad was first selling me on the job, he bragged about the high-quality paint he would use to protect the cement, saying it had rubber. That was just another lie.

  Do NOT use these guys!!!!! The simple job of resetting my garage apron paver bricks was never completed satisfactorily. Chad promised in text message that he would return to correct multiple problems, but never came back and will not respond to repeated texts, phone calls and emails. Photos below show 1) Chad's broom and a full pail of poly sand that was never applied to finish the job 2) Bricks are more than 1/2" ABOVE garage concrete and were supposed to be below concrete to avoid the sharp lip 3) bricks are already settled by more than 3/4" due to very poor compacting of substrate. Did not use a power vibrator to compact. 4) No edging was installed to stabilize interface between bricks and gravel driveway as had been promised. I naively paid Chad in full in cash and now CP Landscapes (*** ** ********* *****) has abandoned my project (and even abandoned their broom). Steer clear of CP Landscapes !
