    Never showed up for scheduled appt. Supposed to be between 11a and 1p. Called after waiting 1 1/2 hrs, said they would call back with ETA, never called or showed. This is an estate clean-out, made perfectly clear to scheduler. I waited til 3p and left. 2 hr drive to house to be cleaned out from my home. Wasted 8 hrs. The driver called at 7p, said they were 25 min out. I laughed, said that's far cry from 1p. I think the crew thought it was minor trash removal at home I lived at. Obvious complete lack of communication. Will never attempt to use them again. This is for junk king delaware, only columbus listed on bbb site.
