    We wanted to upgrade our sprinkler system so we could control on our phone. They talked us into replacing the whole system. It was only going to take a few days. It has been a nightmare. They came and trenched our yard and left it sit for weeks so all the grass die. Which looked amazing before they came to work on it. The were very unorganized and just did a bad job all the way around. We they finally convinced me that the job was done and I finally paid the balance. for the system to stop working a day or two later. Matt came back out and said the controller was bad. He said he would be out with a new one the next day. Never showed. Then he said he had to come out and run a test on it for the manufacture. He took a few times of saying he was coming to actually show up. Finally he did and said he would be back with a new one. Still have now seen him and here we are at the end of the year. The yard still looks horrible, and no sprinkler system. I paid for a service contract that they wont even call back now to come winterize it. I really went out of my way to help these guys and work with them from cleaning up the trash in the yard each night to actually working with them. This has been a nightmare and wish I would have never done it.

    Provides poor quality service with countless lies about hours spent at job (billed for 4.5 hours when I have camera system and was only at our home for 3 hours of work). Still not fixed and refusing to fix. Has already forced payment and I still have 2 broken sprinkler heads that I now have another company coming out to fix. His company is run by a shady individual who only has his cell for all scheduling and constantly forgets that he was supposed to come out too. My sprinkler system hasn’t worked all season so far as this shady individual just keeps charging money and then weeks pass before he shows again. I finally fired him after he forced payment without the repair even done. Horrible company. He threatened to cause damage to my sprinkler system in front of my wife if I did not go inside and pay him money for a job not even completed
