      My internet goes out intermittenly. I would report it, they couldn't find a report that I had been reporting this. I asked if I had to call each time, they said yes. They would come out & fix it & it would happen repeatedly. It just cycled round & round same problem. They said my dog had peed on the jack in the house. My dog is house broken & does not do that. Then another repairman said here's your problem the wires have been cut & splicted back together & he replaced the wiring. It would often happen after the office closed for the day. By the time they came out it was back on. It even happened on the Super Bowl. They have replaced everything from the pole to the house outside & also in the house. The repairmen often show up early & call from a Private ph# & I do not answer spam or private#'s. They do not leave a cb ph#. One time a repairman was at my house when it went out. He said it could be the router. Now they are trying to blame it on my electric service. My electric service is fine. I asked to speak to a superviser he said I was the only one having this issue around her. My neighbors are doing fine. I showed him my router & showed him I was not on light was out. He showed from his office I was on. I am not getting anywhere but keep paying for service that keeps going out on me. They told me they were not going to accept anymore calls from me. And they were not coming out to my house anymore. Either I could pay & leave it on & get what I get or cancel & not have it at all. My daughter must have it for school work. This is my only option for internet.

      Starting on September 7, 2022 I noticed that my phone wasn't working so I called into Horizon to get it repaired, the technician that came out decided that my second line was causing the problem so he decided to remove it from my box. A month or so later I realized that our alarm system was not working in our pole barn out back and traced it back to the phone line that was removed. I have been calling on and off since September trying to get this problem resolved, I have continued to pay my bill in a timely manner however I am not getting anywhere with these people.

      I have been a customer of horizon for 20+ yrs. Within the past 5yrs, I keep having the same reoccurring problem. Either the internet or phone keeps going out sometimes both majority of the time it is the internet. Horizon has been out several, several times to "fix the issue" which they do, however this "fix" will sometimes last a month sometimes only a day. This has effected my families lives, my children have been unable to do their online homework and have effected their grades. They have had to stand out in the cold in our driveway to use neighbors internet to try to get assignments turned in or what needs to been completed out of book. To their credit they have replaced modem and recently did do new wiring from house box through house. Which did help for a lot longer then it was. However once again for the past week internet was in and out (may work for 1-2 hrs then out for 1hr, then work for 10 mins then back out) I called on Friday and had a ticket placed, was told service tech would be there sometime on Saturday. My whole family stayed home Saturday and we never got a call or nobody came to our house. However late Saturday afternoon internet just started working, worked all of Saturday evening through Sunday evening. Once again internet went out and has been out all day on Monday (I know this due to cameras) Daughter has homework online and once again can not do it because of no internet. I called Horizon once again and was told "using all of our broadband" which was completely different than what I was told on Friday. Service tech that I spoke to on the phone was giving examples of things that maybe "pulling" internet. I understand and appreciate what she was telling me, but I do not understand how my neighbor (sister & brother in law) have just as much electronic internet equipment that maybe "pulling" internet and they do not have a problem with internet going out on a regular basis. Now I will say that that my neighbor internet is ran differently to their house from the road than mine. Also I will say that Horizon's customer service is very nice, and understanding very polite, makes you feel important.
